New Signature's clients can request support in three ways:
- call 202-452-5923 ext. 8
- e-mail support (at) newsignature.com
- call 202-452-5923 ext. 8 and request Remote Assistance by clicking on the consultant's name below
remote assistance
The Remote Assistance option provides you with support when and where you need it. After contacting New Signature via phone, you can request remote assistance from the support representative that you are speaking with by clicking on his or her name below. The representative will be able to temporarily view your screen and assist you.
